Personal Trainer Overview
Only Results Fitness Gym offers a scientific alternative. We get faster results. We get better results. Using the application of science, one of our program design specialists will develop a customized approach to fitness, health, physique enhancement and well being.
Training Philosophy
Before we take you through a workout, we first want to take the time to find out what you specifically need by meeting with you to design your program strategy to be sure we meet your goals. This strategy session will help us gain valuable insight to effectively design specific plans that we will use to be sure you achieve your individual goals. Every single person who works out at Only Results Fitness works through a strategy session and is out through a Functional Movement Screen to allow us to design a program for you.
Coaching Classes
Are you ready for something different? Only Results Fitness is excited about the Group Coaching Classes that are offered. It seems so new, yet this type of fitness has been around for over 150 years. How do we explain it? Many people strength train with weights while others do cardio or aerobics – somewhere between is our group coaching. Get the benefits of both. Your body will get stronger, your cardiovascular fitness will improve and you will burn calories and watch your body change.

For those who wish to fine-tune their physique and absolutely maximize their results we offer our Results Fitness Nutrition Program. If you want to individualize your nutrition more than what we have given you in our journal this is the answer for you.

Personal Trainer, Fitness Coach, Nutrition ExpertIn 2007, Jen started JMB Enterprises LLC and launched her flagship program Great Valley Adventure Boot Camp. She wanted to have a greater influence on more people while providing the same great results as if each person was working with her one to one. The campers saw and continue to see dramatic changes in their overall body and lives. Jennifer enables her clients to find their inner potential. The interaction and camaraderie with fellow campers motivates each person to achieve a greater level of physical fitness. In an effort to have a greater impact she along with her husband opened a Personal Fitness Gym in March of 2010 then expanded in January of 2011 and moved to the Franklin Commons. In November of 2011 the gym has undergone some improvements and as a result of being accepted into a mentorship with Rachel and Alwyn Cosgrove the gym has been rebranded as Only Results Fitness which is more inline with the gym’s mission “Only Results Fitness is here to take you from where you are right now to where you want to be!” Throughout the programs implemented by Jennifer and her team the clients love the accountability they receive from each other as well as Jennifer and her trainers.
