Jeffrey started his fitness in 2004 working as a Personal Trainer while attending the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. He graduated in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication and a Minor in Coaching.

In January 2009 Jeffrey launched Impact Ultra Fitness, Milwaukee's premier weight loss, personal training, boot camp, and corporate wellness service provider. Later that year Today's TMJ4 approached Jeffrey to run the Biggest Loser Milwaukee challenge.
