Jeanette has a passion for helping people be the best version of themselves and believes in a sustainable fitness and nutrition lifestyle.

Coach Jeanette, a former Licensed/National Massage Therapist, has over 20 years experience in Personal Training. She is a Former Personal Training Director with Bally Total Fitness. She did her first Bikini Competition with the International Natural Bodybuilding Association (INBA)

She is certified with Girls Gone Strong(GGS) as a Menopause Coaching Specialist. Also, certified with International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) as a Personal Trainer, a CTY Fitness Commit Dance Fitness Instructor and Xtreme Hip Hop Step Instructor. Owner/CEO of Eat Plants & Dance LLC, DBA Muscle and Menopause.
