Personal Trainer Overview
As a “Fitness Motivator” my main goal is to assure each and every one of my clients not only set, but surpass their fitness goals (through proper training techniques, diet and nutrition, and education).
Training Philosophy
Physical fitness is a measure of one’s ability to function efficiently at any level of activity. While the necessary level varies depending on your profession and lifestyle, the same factors which affect the performance of a professional athlete on game day or the average person taking in the groceries affect your ability to perform your day to day activities both at work and at play.
My approach to fitness and a healthier lifestyle combines proper nutrition and fitness training with a specific goal setting agenda based on a client's needs, along with success monitoring.

Bio
Jay is a former athlete (U. of Mississippi football) with over 20 years of training experience. His main goal is to assure, he not only assist his clients in surpassing their fitness goals, but to also educate them in all aspects of proper fitness training and proper diet and nutrition.
