Training Philosophy
Therefore, our fitness classes encompass the best of both worlds -- strength training and metabolic conditioning. During every fitness training session, you can experience both types of workout methods, which has been proven to deliver better results and burns more calories in a 1 hour session.
Clients train with kettlebells, sandbags, med balls, resistance bands, or dumbbells (just to name a few), which can then be easily followed up running, sprinting, jumping, and fitness kickboxing on heavy bags, a popular exercise in our fitness studio.
By mixing up our workout routines, Summit Fit Dojo makes every training session challenging and unique, as you'll never know what to expect before classes start.
In addition, our Certified fitness coaches educate our clients about proper nutrition, what to eat before and after a workout, what NOT to eat when you're trying to lose weight, or tone muscles. What are the best fuels for your body to perform better in life and in recreational activities or sports. With our nutritional coaching, clients begin to lose even more weight because they start to understand that fitness and nutritional only works together.

Bio
I am a former professional Sport Karate competitor that won a NASKA World Championship in fighting and a Colorado State Championship in fighting.
After my professional days of Sport Karate competition, I decided to open a Karate school, to help teach kids focus, confidence, and discipline. As my program grew, I began to implement separate fitness kickboxing classes to the community, as another form of market expansion.
Our fitness kickboxing classes transitioned to fitness bootcamps, and now small group fitness. As our school as grown, our programs have evolved to include the lifestyle changes necessary to be successful in achieving your fitness goals.
