Personal Trainer Overview
The training style I implement is geared towards the specific needs of the client I'm working with. Protecting the integrity of the skeletal system and providing a dynamic regimen is key. Plyometrics, strength training, HIIT, and overall weight reduction are my specialties. I do my best to ensure the client has fun while working hard at the same time. Thanks for reading!
Training Philosophy
I've been described as "zen like" in my approach and enjoy seeing the bodily changes my clients achieve through hard work. An area I really focus on is lifestyle and making sure the client is properly armed with the tools to ensure long term success by taking a closer look at their lifestyle outside of training alone. As our body ages we have to shift our focus onto what's more important long term. We are all spiritual, physical, and mental in nature and we have to pay close attention to the physical in order to live healthy productive lives.
