His fitness philosophy is Holistic in nature.
When designing programs for his clients, Jason takes into account all aspects of his clients’ lives including stress levels, hormonal imbalances, sleep patterns and nutrition. The goal is to have all of his client’s systems running at peak performance, which in turn will speed up the metabolism and give them the greatest opportunity to be healthy and achieve their fitness goals.
This multifaceted approach has led to great success for his clients.

Jason Scrofani has specialties in Children's fitness, sport specific fitness, elderly, pre and post natal, core training, and many other specific areas. These areas are combined to create fun and diverse routines which get you results.
Training Philosophy
Jason believes in functional training which is training while using your body in a way that pertains to your everyday life or a specific task or sport in which you need to be skilled. Whether it is tennis, skiing, golf or just overall health you are looking to improve upon, we use bands, stability balls, weights, bosu balls and much more to get you results.
Machines can limit the amount of muscles recruited during exercise. Functional training recruits the most muscles possible therefore increasing "true strength" and burning the maximum amount of calories per minute.
