We also offer customized 4,6,8,& 12 week workouts based on individuals goals with continuing assistant and accountability. We are the best at what we do, period. Bio
Trained for over 12 years as a power lifter while training helping others train. I decided that this was my calling and what God had brought me to do. So I became an NASM certified due to their high recognition as the best in personal trainers. I began 5 years ago training in what we call “Functional Power” training. The goal being that your body at any given time can be called upon to withstand extreme circumstances and it needs to be prepared for such circumstances. In fall of 2019, at 10 pm, this training was put to the test when I was clothes lined off my motorcycle by a 10 point white tail deer at 60 mph. My upper body taking the hit from the deer and my lower body from the asphalt. I shattered my left tibia, and tore my MCL and ACL. I was able to drag myself out of the road, and most of all survive with only the broken leg. I neck or any other injuries. Two years later I am back to squatting 465#+, deadlifting 465#+ and showing everyone that I am living proof of Functional power training and that ANY given time, your body can be called upon to do things it’s never done. It is at that moment, your body needs to be ready!!!
