Personal Trainer Overview

Our bodies were built to move! This means sprinting, jumping, lifting, kicking, punching, pushing, pulling, climbing, cycling, and stretching. All of these should be done on regular basis. I will sculpt your body into what was meant to be.

Training Philosophy

Everyone has an inner athlete. Proper diet and intense train will bring out the best version of you. Vegan, raw, organic, natural foods are key to unlocking your bodies potential. Leave the processed crap on the shelf!

I've seen lives change completely though diet and exercise alone. Client who never thought they could run 1 mile are now running marathons. Women who wouldn't leave the house without wearing a pair of sweats and a hoddie are now strutting around in tank-tops and skinny jeans.

My fitness education began with an externship at a convalescent home when i was studying to become a nurse. I saw first hand where a life of poor choices leads. Diabetes, Emphysema, etc...

Since then my focus had been on motivating people to get up and move! And to make healthy choices while they are young (relatively)

Bio

I have been involved in fitness and sport since I was 5 -- karate, football, baseball, basketball, track and field, capoeira, distance running, and most recently half marathons and triathlons.

I believe fitness is a way of life. It should be just as routine as brushing your teeth. I believe proper diet and regular exercise are key to a happy healthy life.

I have worked in the fitness industry since 2008. I am a fully licensed, certified, and insured "ACE" personal trainer and group fitness instructor.

I am experienced in teaching kick boxing, capoeira, spin, distance running, aqua aerobics, plyometrics, strength building, power lifting, body building, basic self defense, speed/ agility drills, and boot camp style training.

I have experience working with clients ranging in age from 13 all the way to 80. I have trained all fitness levels. From those struggling with obesity to very fit individuals training for races, military PT tests, and even an FBI candidate!
