• WHEN SELECTING A PERSONAL TRAINER: Meet and speak with the individual first. You should always be given a free session to see where their level of professionalism is. During that first session pay attention to small details that make a big difference • such as: Does the trainer tell me what I need to do to safely complete this exercise? Is the trainer focused on only me? Does the individual try to push me to my best results while maintaining my safety from injury as a first priority? Than think of things about the studio. Is it one-on-one as mine is? This means you work out in private. All the attention is payed to only you with no distractions for your workouts. You never share equipment or have to worry about feeling awkward in front of peers. |

Clients are catered to on a specific and individualized basis. The studio is private, so no sharing of equipment or feeling awkward training in front of others! Each client is given the necessary information and tools to achieve a happier and healthier lifestyle. Goals are discussed that include all areas of fitness including dieting, supplementation, strength training, and cardiovascular regiments.
Training Philosophy
Since being founded in 2007, Underground South Tampa has maintained a level of professionalism and dedication to it's clientele that is unmatched at any other training facility! Underground South Tampa prides itself on creative methods of training that continually diversify exercise routines to keep the mind and body constantly unaware of what is to come. In essence it is almost a hybrid style of training. Routines are based upon principles of Suspension Training, Cross Training, Strength training, Pilates, Core Training, Boot Camp Training, and Cardiovascular Training.
Education
I travel to work with other leading individuals in my field. I love taking part in different types of exercise workshops that allow me to continue to expand my knowledge and bring cutting-edge equipment and exercise routines to my clients.
