Bio
I became a personal trainer when I saw for myself how much exercise can make a difference in health.
As caregiver for my grandmother during her battle with cancer, I learned that exercise can help relieve from depression, fatigue and anxiety that come with being ill. I saw what vast improvements it could make for blood sugar levels, cholesterol levels, and blood pressure.
I enjoy seeing people discover they can do things they didn't think were possible anymore.
