Personal Trainer Overview

I train clients at their homes or outdoors (weather permitting). I also write customized individual online training plans that clients can do on their own if they are not willing or able to meet with me in person.

I bring all the equipment and accommodate client schedules as well as needs and goals. I also help with meal prep, meal planning, menus, and offer written plans of action for outside of our time working together one on one, as well as consultations, 24/7 email support, an exclusive membership site, and add on services like bringing a buddy and grocery store tours as well.

Training Philosophy

I believe that results that are long lasting lifestyle changes start with the mind and filter to the body. I provide motivation, support, accountability, and help the client work through any mental roadblocks as well as working on their physical health...I help clients THRIVE mind, body, and soul.

I currently am working towards the NASM Women's Fitness Specialization and have been teaching pilates, aerobics, yoga, body sculpting, and cycling classes since 2004 in addition to being a CPT.

I am a busy career oriented mom, wife, and lover of all things health and fitness. I am passionate about helping people find balance and finding time to devote to themselves in the midst of the chaos of life in order to FEEL their best and THRIVE.
