Personal Trainer Overview

One pf my favorite types of training is HIIT (high intensity interval training.)

It consists of a full body workout targeting major muscle groups and burns up 500 and more calories in just 30 minutes!

In a world with "no time" this is definitely doable and will decrease stress and increase energy!

I am Jamie Bell with a B.S. In Kinesiology from the university of Central Oklahoma. I specialize in Personal Training, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), and Boot Camp.

My goal is to help individuals change their lives in the simplest and most realistic way possible. 

Getting fit doesn't have to be difficult but often times it is. With contradictory information out there it can be confusing to know what to do. 

I spent years going up and down with my weight trying fad diets and killing myself in the gym only to become more discouraged. 

This led me to getting the right education, knowledge and guidance to do it RIGHT! 

I have helped many ladies over the years with success stories of their own.

It is my passion to help individuals have better mental and physical health and to be happy with themselves inside and out!
