Personal Trainer Overview

Portland Outdoor Fitness is year-round personal training that happens entirely outside. There still is no better place to work up a sweat than the great outdoors. You will always feel more invigorated in an always changing outdoor environment than you will staying indoors, even when it rains. Losing weight and getting into shape happens faster outdoors than it will in a gym and you'll have more fun while you workout. Run, jump, stretch, and lift weights under an oak tree or open skies instead of strapping yourself into a machine at the gym.

Training Philosophy

My training philosophy is simple: If you come regularly to your workouts, eat roughly what I suggest, you will lose weight and get in the best shape of your life.

Bio

I've been helping people lose weight and get in shape since 2007. I started my personal training career at traditional gyms, but recognized that after I took a few clients outside, to change up their routine, that they preferred to workout in the fresh air. Those clients left the gym and came with me as I started Portland Outdoor Fitness. And to date, I've never had a client decide to go back to a gym after they've done an outdoor workout.
