Personal Trainer Overview
Strength, balance and flexibility are the three prominant areas of work. Some cardio as needed by clients. I offer exclusive one on one training for my clients. I would like to work more closely with the baby boomer generation. I see some of the workouts that are given and being a part of that generation I know that we are all capable of so much more.
Training Philosophy
My main body of work is strength training with an strength assessment done at the first workout to see where the client is compared to others at their age and gender. Nutrition is something that is talked about regularly but most people know what to do in regards to their eating habits. Given the amount of time that I get to spend with each individual it is much more important to make that time well spent. Over a period of time our bodies change and sometimes forget what it can do. Training allows those areas to wake up. I've found that there is just a general feeling of well being that you become more aware of.

Bio
I've been strength training for over 40 years. Since retiring from my career job I decided to do something that allows me to work with people in a field that I've personally enjoyed for so many years. Looking back I wish that I had started doing this much sooner.
