Personal Trainer Overview
Provide one-on-one fitness instruction to people desiring a program tailored to their specific needs. Help clients assess their physical fitness level and encourage and help them set and reach their fitness goals. Assist clients in breathing exercises, identifying specific training needs, leading various recreational activities, and demonstrating each physical activity.
Training Philosophy
Corrective movement is the foundation in our everyday lives. Without it, we live dysfunctional lives in terms of recurring injuries and lack of education to correct our problems.
Bio
I have been a personal trainer for different companies over the years and I have seen the many changes in fitness. Each year I see a change for the better and it excites me to be a part of it! I know the difficult challenge of finding the time to work out, but I promise that once you begin seeing and feeling the results, you will want to make it a priority. I have specialized myself in strength training and corrective, although I am knowledgeable in various aspects of health and fitness. In addition to fitness, I have been a martial arts instructor since I was 16. I currently hold a Black Belt in Korean Hapkido, as well as a Fully Licensed instructor in Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do. Though I hold Black Belts in other arts, I primarily teach Hapkido and Jeet Kune Do. I enjoy working hard with my clients and delivering results.
