Training Philosophy
My training philosophy is that diets do not work because they tend to be unrealistic , makes you feel restricted and once you come off of the diet you really haven't learned anything and you are therefore back where you started. I can train you until you're blue in the face but if I don't teach you how not to sabotage all that we have accomplished in training then how can we be successful. Consultation is the key to your success and following an easily doable lifestyle change of your eating regimen with targeted exercises towards the body that you want.
