Training Philosophy
Working out should be fun, stress relieving and worthwhile. I've worked with everyone from post-rehabilitation clients to collegiate athletes and everyone in between! I'm affordable and extremely well-educated and exerienced in the field. I have two national certifcations and currently working on a third (a specialization of special populations), CPR and First Aid certifications, spent 3 years working under the Texas State Director and Midwest Regional Coordinator for the NSCA at Texas A&M University, was a speaker at the 2009 TexFit Conference on bodyweight training.
Education
Education: Began studies in Engineering at Texas A&M University where I soon realized training was my calling.
University of Texas at Dallas: Currently finishing studies in natural sciences and brain/behavioral sciences
Bio
I am 24 years old and began my fitness journey at the age of 14. As an obese child, I began exercising and lossed most of my weight. I trained and taught myself to play ice hockey which I played throughout high school. I picked up marathon training at the age of 21 and have ran in the Houston Marathon and Austin Marathon and I am currently training for the Galveston Half Iron Man. I worked under the Regional Director for the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) where I gained my first experiences in training clients and continued my knowledge of kinesiology. I am currently self-employed, and very passionate about my training, and I am very close with both my past and present clients.
