Training Philosophy
I don't care if you want to burn fat, build muscle, or both. The primary source of exercise will be resistance training. If you think you need differently, you've been mislead or are stuck believing a fitness myth from the 80s that has long been debunked. If you don't believe me now, eventually you will come around. And I will be here to help.
Now, depending on one's goals, abilities, and training history will determine how we utilize it.
Although the means of training may be the same, the programs are always different and tailored to each individual. I don't use cookie-cutter programs. This is not just "exercise"...it's "TRAINING."
And I believe in keeping the "personal" in "personal training."
