Personal Trainer Overview

I started my personal training career 15 years ago after completing my Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology. I also got my Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist Certification by the NSCA. I use my knowledge and experience to implement and execute a program that will achieve your fitness goals.

Training Philosophy

I believe that a combination of lifting weights and cardiovascular work is vital to achieving peak physical fitness. For best results i recommend lifting weights 3-4 days a week and cardio workouts 2-3 days a week. It also works best to use a periodization program to maximize results. Having the proper nutritional program in place is also key to maximizing results.
