Personal Trainer Overview
Fitness is a way of life, my goal is to help the client understand this. If they are truly committed to their goals than anything is possible in their life. Fitness and health is not a short term goal.
Training Philosophy
My philosophy when it comes to training is to get the clients to achieve whatever goal that they are setting for themselves in the quickest way possible. I also believe that fitness is a way of life, there is no quick fix to fitness. People need to have a willingness to change!

BA in Exercise Science, Master's Degree in Sports Management, Internship with Baylor Sports Care, Internship with University of Louisiana-Lafayette in the Athletic Department, Help train the FC Dallas professional soccer team while working for Paradigm Sports Performance.
Bio
I have been around fitness and sports all my life. I have always wanted to help people achieve their goals, no matter what they are. I believe that we as a country have a serious problem when it comes to health and I am doing my best to change it.
