Jake has 10 years experience helping clients achieve and exceed their health & fitness goals. Whether a client’s needs are basic or need attention to more variables, he will use his knowledge and awareness of an individual’s body to create successful training and nutrition plans specific to each individual. Put In Work Fitness offers training sessions at a semi-private gym where clients do not need a membership. Training Philosophy
I train clients utilizing weight training and cardio to go along with a personalized nutrition plan. I push clients within the range they allow me and I motivate clients through progress and in-session achievements.
The thing that motivates me the most is seeing a client extremely dedicated to their goals, being consistent with their training and nutrition and seeing how much they physically change over time

Bio
Jake started personal training in his home state of Wisconsin in 2013. After getting his bachelor’s degree in Sports Management he moved to Las Vegas in 2015. He started Put In Work Fitness in 2018. Jake has developed his own training and nutrition philosophy, and strategies to meet and exceed each individual’s needs no matter how big.
