Personal Trainer Overview
Its not just about weight training, or losing weight. Its about building a stronger "you" from the inside out! Weights and machines are just tools I use to build you up mentally and phsically. Your body transforms, your mind renews, AND YOUR "WILL" TO SUCEED IS LIFE CHANGING.
Training Philosophy
There are no limits!
You can be all you aspire to be and more by never giving up, stepping outside the box and pushing through your comfort zone. Many people give up on themselves because they fail. I believe it is our faiures that should push us to succeed. Our greatest weakness lies in giving up. The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time. My method of training is to build my clients up from the "inside" out! Id doesnt matter if they have a strong toned body if their mind IS WEAK..

Bio
I started working out 23 years ago to get ready for summer. I had no idea at that time that fitness would change my life. I gained strength mentally and physically. That kept me motivated and built my self confidence. It has been a process. My relationship with food changed from "how many calories I should eat to stay thin" to "what kind of foods am I going to eat and serve my family that will improve my workouts and be healthier choices for all of us." When I changed my diet by cutting out sugars, processed foods, and I added fibrous whole grains, fruits, vegetables and lean proteins, my body changed dramatically. Over the years my passion for fitness has motivated me to learn as much as I can and help as many people as I can. I am always learning new concepts and ideas. Fitness changes every years. I want to be at the top of my game. My body is a representation of who I am, what I believe in and how I respect myself. In my 20's I trained to look good. Now 41, I train to feel good, stay strong, and live a good quality of life
