Personal Trainer Overview
Depending on fitness goals, I employ various methods and techniques to training. I believe in a fun, challenging, and progressive workouts using high intensity intervals that push your body to its limits. Injury prevention and proper nutrition are extremely important.

I train to reach goals, I train to get results! Any goal is attainable. All I ask for is all you have, for as long as you can. When you don't think you can do anymore, ill help you do what you didn't think you could do, so you can be all you want to be!

Graduated from the University of Oklahoma December 2005. Trained and educated by OU Football Program in exercise physiology, sports nutrition, injury prevention, weight training and conditioning techniques. Interned Strength and Conditioning Coach Texas Christian University, 2008. Educated in off season training programs, football, baseball, basketball. 4 years experience as a Professional Personal Trainer including weight loss, body sculpting, rehab, sport specific training, HIT Training, Boot-camps, and group training.
