Personal Trainer Overview

Pulse personal training provides an encouraging environment with training and guidance that allows our clients to have fun and feel inspired. When clients enter our studio, we hope they feel as comfortable as entering their living rooms.

Training Philosophy

Physical Activity: This is any form of activity that elevates the heart rate. We all begin our wellness journey at different levels, so we encourage our clients to become in tune with their bodies and progress in a challenging, but safe manner.

Nutrition: Diet is 80% of our physique. We encourage clients to make wise nutritional choices. What we put in our bodies is a important as how much we move.

Rest: Everyone needs quality sleep and rest to recover from the stress that is applied to the body. Muscles need rest to repair, recover and become stronger.

Prana: We inspire our clients to find something that provides inner peace, comfort and tranquility.

Bio

I started in the fitness industry in 2002. I was looking to enhance my life as a stay at home mom. A friend at the YMCA , where I worked out, encouraged me to pursue a personal training certification. It was to be a part time job, however, I realized very quickly that I had found what I was meant to do in this life. My clientele includes special populations, post rehab, menopausal and golf fitness. Teaching people to respect their body is so rewarding. I hope that I give back a fraction of what I receive everyday from my clients.

When I am away from the studio I enjoy running, cooking, spending time with my wonderful husband who's support on this journey has been amazing and my beautiful daughter and son.
