Personal Trainer Overview
I am a mobile personal trainer specialising in Pilates, strength training, weight loss, fitness for riders, running and injury prevention. I am a mobile trainer who also works out of a gym. My qualifications include a degree in exercise and sports science, Pilates mat work, boxing and heart rate training.
Training Philosophy
I believe in training the whole person, not just tending to one area. I work with my clients to build stronger bodies and minds. Body image, self worth and anxiety are all issues that I help my clients to work through.
I acknowledge that every client is an individual and taylor my service to them to create possitive lifestyle changes, fun and varied workouts and aim to give my clients the knowledge and tools they need to succeed.
