Training Philosophy

What makes Outdoor Group Interval Training different from the rest?

* Advanced Full Body Circuit Training Techniques

Circuits are the crux of each workout. Each circuit consists of exercises, from full-body to more targeted areas, core, for example. Circuits are performed in an up tempo pace; some incorporating the Tabata protocol. With full-body resistance work and intense cardio training, your body’s metabolism is elevated to burn maximum calories both during and long after the workout is finished.

* Avoid Plateau

A plateau is a point in one’s training where benefits gained from the exercises performed dramatically diminishes. It is usually the result of doing the same workout over and over again. Outdoor Group Interval Training prevents reaching a plateau in two ways. First, each workout consists of different circuits and exercises. Second, the level of intensity from workout to workout varies. With these variables in play, your body will not be doing the same workout over and over again.

* Not A Military Style Boot Camp

We are not a “military” style boot camp. We do not run you into the ground or make you do repetitive boring exercises. We deliver efficient and effective workouts designed to help participants achieve their fitness goals. The environment is positive and good for the mind, body and soul!

* Individualized Health & Fitness Assessment

Our optional Fitness Evaluation will help determine your current fitness status – your fitness benchmark. Establishing this starting point will help motivate and guide you towards achieving your fitness goals. It is the point from which your success can be measured from.

* Eat Right, Train Right

No matter how hard you train, nutrition is key for fat loss and muscle development. We provide nutritional tips, tools and other surprises to help you gain control over your nutrition. Our nutritional guidelines will help you shed body fat fast.
