Training Philosophy
We can design workouts with minimal equipment and space. Utilizing hundreds of strength training exercises using body weight, dumbbells and/or bands, medicine balls, etc., we can give you muscle tone, strength and stamina. Balance training helps avoid falls and provides optimal brain function. Yoga, mindfulness and meditation help immensely to lower stress levels. Helen Hennessy has been a Fitness Professional all of her adult life. Helen has a passion for fitness and loves to help people enjoy a healthy lifestyle while still having fun!
Steve and Helen are proud parents of three children, one grandchild and are long time residents of Mercer County.
