Personal Trainer Overview
Strength, stability, mobility, flexibility, and nutrition are not only key in having a healthy lifestyle but also maintaining one as well. Sometimes all we need is someone to make sense of it all.
Training Philosophy
My approach is to always do an assessment in the beginning of our first meeting to find out what your current limitations are and where your current starting point is at. During the assessment, things such as weight, body fat percentage, stability tests and posture tests are done. We will also go over any medical history that concerns you. It is through this, that a proper fitness plan can be customized and made for you.

Associate Degree from Bergen Community College (Exercise Science).

Bio
When I'm not training clients or working in the gym, I love to maintain an active lifestyle that is fulfilling to me. Something that I can have fun while staying active which include activities such as swimming and especially hiking. My indoor activities include cooking, where I love try out several recipes. This is also an area where I like to teach my clients how to meal prep as well.
