All Star Fitness Boot Camp is 4-week outdoor fat burning fitness program that is designed to transform your body quickly. We offer instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training. Each class is packed with fun energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals quickly. Our low prices make it affordable for everyone.

Our unique full-body workout is designed to burn more fat and calories than traditional workouts. This program is for all types of women and men; you can be in excellent shape, moderate shape or haven’t exercised in years.. We take and train ALL levels. You will not be left behind. You choose your activity level and we will make sure you push yourself to your limit. Our trainers are certified, knowledgeable and can modify any exercise in order to push you to your top level. At the end of the 4 week session you WILL see an overall improvement

Training Philosophy

I am a NESTA Certified Boot Camp Instructor and a Certified Personal Trainer. I am also certified in Adult CPR and First Aid. I have been in the fitness industry and a running enthusiast for 20 plus years. It is truly my passion to create cutting edge break-through workouts that work. Each boot camp session is different. It’s all about muscle confusion, we keep you guessing!!

I am a true motivator and I love helping my clients push themselves to be their best. Being a mother of 3 I realize how hard it is to squeeze in 1 hour of exercise each day. I promise to make each day at camp challenging, diverse, fun and worth every minute you took away from your busy day.

Education

Sport injury prevention, weight training techniques, fitness assessment, exercise leadership. Been trained in the following areas: stability balls, boot camp instructing, sports conditioning, group fitness and weight training.
