I am twenty-nine years old, and I have been personal training since August of 2010. I am a nationally qualified NPC bikini competitor, and a member of the Team Bombshell competition team, (www.teambombshell.com).

I have experience with all ages and varieties of fitness goals. I train in Shreveport and Bossier City, LA, surrounding areas, and online. I also write custom diet and training plans.

I graduated from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, LA with a Bachelors Degree in Communications.
