Personal Trainer Overview

Get Up With Hannah strives to help individuals move better, with personalized workouts that are created around one's goals and the resources they have around them. Whether they have access to a gym full of equipment or they want to do a 30 minute workout at home to get their day started, Get Up With Hannah can benefit anyone and everyone. The workouts created can be from beginners, people who have never touched a weight before, for advanced individuals, or for someone looking to learn more about getting their kettlebell certification. One thing I strive to do is catering to anyone's needs. Whether that be an injury you are coming back from or you have chronic pain and need modifications for most exercises, I will create a program that best suits you and your lifestyle.

Training Philosophy

I believe that creating a healthy lifestyle involves a healthy mind and a healthy body. Personal training is not a one-size-fits all model and my goal is to tailor a program to your lifestyle. By creating better habits in the kitchen and forming goals in the gym, you will be more motivated to transform your life and reach your fitness goals faster. I have a strong background in strength and conditioning and have a passion for teaching correct form to avoid injuries and learn how to move better in your day to day life.

Bio

Hannah Hutson is a StrongFirst certified kettlebell and barbell instructor who is the owner and head trainer of Belltown Strength and Conditioning in Seattle. She understands how the body should move and strives to teach proper form to avoid injuries and move better in your day to day life. Her goal is to help others achieve their fitness goals, in and outside of the gym, by creating individualized programming that are based off of goals her clients have. Hannah has extensive knowledge in working with all types of clients. She has worked with individuals coming back from severe injuries, chronic injuries, all the way to training individuals to getting their StrongFirst kettlebell certification.
