Personal Trainer Overview
My name is Guro and I work with clients online. My number one priority is that you build the tools to be able to reach your goals with me as well as without me. I want nothing more than for my clients to built healthy sustainable habits
Training Philosophy
I believe in science backed training. I will not make you do crazy workouts with little to no gains. I will build you a training schedule that we will stick to for an extended period of time to optimize your progress. I have a tough but fair approach to coaching; I will listen to your concerns and struggles, you will have full confidentiality in me, but I will also push you to reach your goals.
Education
I have a BS in civil engineering and I’m certified personal trainer through NASM.
