I believe in science backed training. I will not make you do crazy workouts with little to no gains. I will build you a training schedule that we will stick to for an extended period of time to optimize your progress. I have a tough but fair approach to coaching; I will listen to your concerns and struggles, you will have full confidentiality in me, but I will also push you to reach your goals.

I have a BS in civil engineering and I’m certified personal trainer through NASM.
