Our health and well-being is the most precious thing we posses and more often then not, we take it for granted. Today’s world moves at such a rapid pace and there never seems to be enough time in the day. This pace only gets faster as we age, so it’s always important to keep our health (Body, Mind & Soul) at it’s best or even better. With exercise we can enhance our quality of life and enjoy it to the fullest. I use my experience from sports and being an athlete all my life to help clients achieve the goals they have set for themselves and more. I have helped people overcome their fitness barriers and have enormous experience in assisting clients to lose weight, increase tone and boost there energy levels. And the key to this success is by building a solid foundation from the beginning. My clients have ranged from athletes looking to boost their performance to high-level professionals struggling to make the most of their busy time and increase their workplace productivity. I’ve helped people who haven’t exercised for years take their first steps and increase their health and fitness levels. I’ll bring you the confidence to get the results that you want, and will make sure that you have a lot of fun along the way! As a trainer I am passionate about using correct form, proper technique and injury prevention as well as motivating, educating and supporting clients in achieving their goals while maintaining a positive and fun environment. Everyone, no matter what their fitness level or abilities, can benefit from increased physical activity and I strive to provide every client with a program that is effective and appropriate, but that allows them to feel comfortable and safe.
