Welcome to GallagherFitness!
With over 10 years of personal training experience and having earned many of the top certifications in personal training, I've had the opportunity to work with many world class athletes, celebrities and everday people who are simply trying to lead healthier, pain free lives. There are many different strategies I use to assist clients in changing their lifestyles on a dialy basis. I have been featured in Strong Magazine for New York Sports Clubs, Washington, Boston, Baltimore and Philadelphia Sports Clubs, in addition to writing articles for several blogs. My fitness programs will keep your body healthy, strong, active and I will teach you the techniques through training and nutrition to keep the weight off permanently. You will learn to eat in the way that we are meant to eat to learn which foods make you lean and healthier and which put on bodyfat or cause inflammation so you can really be proactive over your health from both on the outside and the inside. I am absolutely committed to seeing that my clients reach their respective goals and achieve their ideal state of energy and get them in the best shape of their lives.

We provide a fun, motivational and active training enviornment to give you that extra boost in your health and fitness. Gallagher Fitness was originally founded to be a full service facility that can take the average person and tranform their perfomance into that of a competive athlete and satisfy all of their weight loss, toning and health goals in the process. In addition, we have serviced celebrities, executives and elite level atheltes; extending the personal training experience beyond the private session and into your daily lives in a way that is supportive, motivating, challenging and inspiring. Group exercise classes and corporate rates available.
We want our clients to not only look better but feel better- no matter where they are in their health and fitness evolution, we are committed to helping them get to the next level in their physical development, redefining what they think may have been possible for them. Beginners, intermediate or advanced clients welcomed, will be with you ever step of the way. Bringing over 10 years of professional experience to the table, we utilize all of the latest scientifically proven training strategies and modalities, to give you a competitive edge over your peers and yourself.
Education
I hold a national certification with The National Academy of Sports Medicine, in addition to having trained with Dr. Ron Garnes (formerly of The Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, C.O). I am a former semi-professional athlete with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. I've trained celebrities, executives, elite level athletes and everyday people from all walks of life with the latest training methods that are backed by scientific research. If your goals are: weight loss, performance enhancement, improved appearance, strength and conditioning or injury prevention/rehabilitation. Bio
Born in New York City, I had the privilege of being introduced to sports and more specifically to training, through my father, who was himself a top ranked professional boxer. I quickly built an aptitude for Baseball and as I progressed through the high school ranks, I was constantly being sidelined by injuries and it was then that I was forced to develop new training methods that would help me gain lean muscle and prevent injuries simultaneously. I have served as a Pro Trainer for New York Sports Clubs for over 3 years and appeared on the Cover of Strong Magazine for New York Sports Clubs. Shortly thereafter, I ran a successful private training business, under the roof of Dr. Daniel Kennedy in New York when I relocated to Los Angeles, California where I continue to train a diverse clientele in some of Hollywood's most prestigious gyms. I have served as a consultant for numerous corporations, television shows and had articles published in various articles and blogs
