Training Philosophy
I like to have a balanced session with clients so they do not get bored. Sessions can vary from high intensity to slow structured stability work. Clients need variety therefore my training is determined by their needs, abilities and attitudes.

George is a Warrnambool personal trainer. George has a background in athletics which allows him to utilise varying principles for the classes he teaches. George believes classes should be entertaining as well as challenging. George loves to add variety to help keep his clients motivation levels at their peak. Training for George is about maximising the opportunity to get the very best for his clients in the time he has allocated.
George wants his clients to be prepared for a challenge as he enjoys working together with his clients to ride the storm with them and help them do great things. George doesn't want his clients to believe in brag sheets. Perception and reality are two different things. George likes to be just real. Each day he likes to know that he has learnt something new which allows him to stay fresh for his clients.
