Personal Trainer Overview
I am committed to providing you with an alternative to the traditional gym workout. Gyms are full of complicated looking equipment and good looking people grunting and strutting around in skimpy clothes. This can be very intimidating if you are new to the game or if you are a little embarrassed by your appearance.
Training Philosophy
I train 1 person at a time in a private studio. Your training program will be customized for you based on your goals, lifestyle and current fitness level. Your program may include:

I use very little equipment, just things like dumbbells, resistance bands, and stability balls.
