Gary Crawford studied exercise and sport science at San Francisco State University, an education that provided the foundation for his later work. Since retiring from his career, Gary Crawford has continued to blog about health and fitness regularly. Dedicated to his own fitness, he enjoys running marathons and training for them by building both muscle and endurance. He also has a passion for rock climbing, camping, and hiking, which allows him to explore the natural beauty of California.
