My training methods come from the world of professional sports and performing on stage.They are suited for all levels and ages.I combine traditional fitness exercises with more advanced techniques which gives great results in shorter time.

Exercising is a huge part of my life.I have a background as a professional gymnast, experience on stage as a dancer, character, acrobatic performer and a black belt in judo.I am certified with NASM as a personal trainer performance enhancement specialist and corrective exercise specialist.For over 20 years of experience I gained a huge understanding of how the body moves and functions, variety of training techniques as well as psychological view about the process of training, improving and progressing towards the goal.I understand that everyone is unique and different things will work for the different people.I find it extremely motivating to help people reach their goals and to use all of my knowledge in order to help them.I take the goal of my clients as if they were my own personal goals.I believe that everyone can achieve what he wants.I believe that people are incredible and possess a huge power.Just they need to be guided in order to find it and develop it in a way that can transform their lives into something much higher and better.We only live once.That's why we should do the best of ourselves and not settle for average.
