B Fit offers a unique blend of fitness for all populations. We have both male and female body stylists who design tailored fitness programs for their clients. Each stylist has their own set of equipment, methods, and specialties.

We believe in Fuzecore360, developed by the body stylists at B Fit Studio. Each trainer comes equipped with a set of specializations and equipment. We match trainers and clients based on needs and expertise. Our personal training programs include, but are not limited to: sculpting, weight management, weight loss, hypertrophy, yoga, Pilates, boxing, Krav Maga, weight training, cardio, plus more! We motivate clients with monthly consultations, measurements, weigh ins, and newsletters. We also have a free Facebook support group for all clients and members at B Fit.

My education is a B.A. in Psychology and MPH in Health Education. All of our trainers are educated with college degrees, hold national certifications, CPR certified, and have general liability insurance. Our combined certifications are specialties in: weight training, Krav Maga, Stroller Fitness, Prenatal/Postnatal, Aerobic Group Exercise, Senior Citizen Fitness, Dance, Fuzecore360, Kids & Teen training

My name is Ethel Baumberg. I began personal training in 2008 while I was earning my degree in Psychology. In the past 5 years, I've expanded my company, B Fit Studio to include: 13 trainers, Buggy Boot Camp (Stroller Fitness), B Fit Studio (Group Fitness Center), B Fit Kids (preschoolers), and Fuzecore360. I love what I do and I love watching my clients achieve their goals!
