Personal Trainer Overview

I specialize in helping you to restore your authentic, natural strength and movement (like how you moved and felt when you were a kid). The first thing that I'll do is screen your 7 basic movement patterns to determine if you have any postural alignment issues, muscle/strength imbalances and/or loss of reflexive core strength. Based upon the results, along with your goals, I'll then design your training plan and/or diet.

Training Philosophy

We all have the tendency to put our health as a secondary concern until it is too late. In our busy lives, we spend so much time working, eating and socializing with friends and family, which are all important, but we leave one of the most important aspects out of our daily lives. The most important thing you can do for your family, and for yourself, is being active and healthy. Exercise is important to us all whether you are 8 or 80.

Everyone has “movement patterns” whether you’re an elite athlete, military service member, or just someone who wants to work out. And unfortunately, most people have some type of BROKEN PATTERN, especially if you've been injured before. Which not only leads to poor performance, but strain and ultimately pain if not addressed. This is where I come in.

My passion is helping people reach their given potential and enjoy a better quality of life regardless of age, body type, or gender.

I'm an internationally certified Strength and Movement Specialist and am known locally as “the Fitness Mechanic”. I have practical experience working with a wide variety of clientele from specialized work with post rehabilitative patients, to increasing athletic performance (no matter what sport/what level they compete), to providing a better quality of life to everyday people. I'm a results-driven professional and I offer simple training strategies that are specifically designed for each individual to reach their goals.
