I strive for you results, whether it be rehabilitation, weight loss or overall total body transformation. If you have a goal to be better then i will push you there. That's what makes me different from your typical trainer, i adapt and push you to what you want to see and accomplish.

My philosophy in fitness training is all about natural body movements that protect, target and improve specific muscles, joints and bones. The more natural the movement or challenge is the better and longer lasting the results will be. My goals are to improve you body for a better, healthier and happier life. I believe a trainer should be able to adapt with variety and clarity in every aspect of each and every client. The trainer should work with the client and not against a client, just as you work with injuries or disabilities, you work with it to improve and not against it to harm. I also believe in life changing, being able to push a client to improve their bodies in anyway that they expect or don't expect. My favorite quotes are: "No challenge, No change", "Time is Muscle" and "Eat like you Train and Train like you Eat".

I currently do not have a degree but in the process of finishing my degree in exercise science, physiology and physical health. Ive attended training programs and conventions such as "Billy Beck III" training. Also Ive been fitness training for 6 years now with experience in personal training, rehabilitation and sports conditioning.
