Dempsey's Resolution Fitness offers individual and group fitness training specializing in strength and conditioning and body transformation.

The foundations of our program are based upon strength & conditioning training, nutrition, lifestyle and mind set. Lift heavy, run fast, jump high and eat clean. We focus on empowering clients to achieve, attain and accomplish through the fostering of a "can do" mindset. " I can and I will" replaces "I can't and I won't". FitRanX has been adopted as the primary ranking and assessment method.

MMA Conditioning, Kung Fu Fitness, Boxing and Kickboxing, martial arts, strength & conditioning, sports nutrition, special population training including youth, seniors and prenatal, food psychology coaching, fat loss and weight loss specializations, personal training and fitness bootcamps, kettlebells, functional fitness, military fitness.

I began my journey into fitness and martial arts at age 12. Since then I have trained individuals and groups of all fitness levels for over 30 years. I have developed a unique hybrid fitness and nutrition program based upon my decades of experience with a wide variety of clients. 5 years of training martial arts students, 20 years of training soldiers and their families and most recently 7 years of training military and civilian clients from all fitness backgrounds and levels has provided me with a unique perspective that maximizes results for performance enhancement and body composition.

Since 2006, I have been running my own fitness business in both a garage gym and commercial studio environment. I retired from the U.S. Army in 2007 and have made fitness training my second career passion.
