Personal Trainer Overview

I am a trainer who will cater to your personal needs and learning preferences. While some people want to be pushed to their limits by a drill sergeant type, others are going to work better with positive reinforcement and gentle encouragement. I have the ability to adapt to my clients needs/goals and don't have them adapt to my style of training because I have a variety of styles.

Training Philosophy

I think Fitness is more than looking good. It's about feeling good on both the inside and outside. More importantly Personal training is more than just putting someone through a tough workout; it's learning how to become a mentor, a motivator, and a friend.

Moving from Syracuse, NY to Tampa, FL in 2012 I have continued my career as Fitness Trainer and have built a solid clientele base for myself but in always looking to help more people reach their fitness goals. I am married, with a son and 2 dogs. I love movies, roller coasters, the Yankees and of course Working out. Favorite food is sushi
