Training is organized in 3 simple Strategies to help you adopt habits to live a more optimal life with exercise; Strategic training routines, Sustainable nutrition processes and Stress handling techniques.
Trainees learn that motivation is not enough to get them to their goals. Elvis teaches and leverages the 3S Trifecta to introduce , build on and maintain healthy habits that are proven to help individuals like you reach fitness objectives and a healthy lifestyle.
Elvis uses a variety of modalities to further educate and progress his trainees through Free weights (Barbells Kettlebells, dumbbells), suspension training and body weight. Using approaches such as strength training, Metabolic training, explosiveness, rehabilitation and corrective exercise techniques, to deliver the most effective exercise routine to all his trainees.
Elvis will Guide, support you and challenge you to not give in. As a team you will both build you to be stronger than excuses till you have reached your objective. and you will be able to take this to your endeavors in life.
