Training Philosophy
It is essential to get in touch with your body to learn to use it to its full potential in order to achieve your goals. I not only guide my clients through exercises, but help them learn about the different muscles they are using, and how to control these muscles to maximize their results. I believe that all training modalities have something to offer and incorporate different training ideologies into each program I create. I also provide nutritional guidance, another key element in attaining a healthy and fit lifestyle. During your initial consultation we will discuss and determine which training modalities and nutrition plan will best suite you.

Bio
Always an avid gym goer, Elana Zarenczanski was inspired to pursue a career in fitness when she realized her workout routine was getting her no where. In 2004 she began working with personal trainers, researching training techniques, and managed to lose 20 lbs over 8 months. She was eager to learn more about fitness and wellness and to use her knowledge to help guide others to achieving the same sense of health, happiness and well-being. She continues to research developments in the health and fitness realm and constantly evolves her methods to help her clients achieve the best results.
