Personal Trainer Overview

Fitness comes in many styles and intensities as well as impacts. Some individuals suffer pain and discomfort doing certain manuvers. I help you identify the source of the issue, along with a regimien of massage, stretches and strengthening exercise to help correct imbalances. I believe that it is very important to incorperate all aspects and variables into one's fitness programs.

This is a sports medicine concept that has proven to be quite effective. Foam rolling is the first method or technique practiced in order to insure that the muscles areloosened up and flexible before beginning you warmup. This helps reduce injury to deconditioned or overathletic individuals.

We follow this with an adequate warmup, eventually conditioning you for warmups design with reactive exercises h
