Bio

I started running at a fairly young age. I was thirteen when I ran my first half-marathon (The Race to Robie Creek). It seems fitness and health have always been a large part of my life. I began my career as a personal trainer while working my way through college. Graduating with a degree in Kinesiology-Athletic Training, I worked for the next few years as the Head Athletic Trainer of a three high schools as well as working for a Physical therapy clinic and a medical clinic in Beverly Hills, CA.

I then ventured with my soon-to-be wife to Eugene in February 2009. I worked as a personal trainer at the Downtown Athletic Club. After spending many years out of the fitness profession I had forgotten how much I loved it.

With a lot of hard work, and a lot of luck, I was able to open the doors to Profound Strength in August of 2010. I am happy to be living my dream, and privileged to be doing it alongside my amazing wife. I look forward to what the years ahead have in store.
