Training Philosophy
I love training and seeing results. I love the fact that I can take control of how my body looks by what I choose to eat and how I choose to train. I've always wondered how people can take better care of their possessions than their bodies. I enjoy training!! It's a lifestyle and a wonderful hobby for me. As for the nutrition end of things I stick to it because I know I'm healthier and love the way it makes me look. I feel that if you give yourself proper nutrition, your body will express the results!! Eating healthy isn't always fun. I admit that. We all go to cookouts and weddings ect. and are tempted by goodies. I believe that having a treat in moderation once a week won't hurt my progress. It also keeps me comfortable with eating healthy the other 90% of the time. If I'm not working out I'm either spending time with my family or shopping for healthy foods. I tend to be in the grocery store often since I like everything fresh!
I enjoy helping others meet their goals and to make healthy lifestyle changes. Teaching people not to just diet down / train for an event (wedding, reunion ect.) but to make it a way of life. Healthy eating habits along with strength training and cardio will do a body good!!
