Hello, and how are you doing? I hope in great health. My name is Dornell Williams. I've been personal training a little over 15 year's now, and I love it. But I also love to make my clients happy in there fitness goals. My duties is to help you reach your goal, as I'm reaching mines. In are session, I won't only be your trainer I'm your friend and someone that understand you. That each person I deal with have there goals. As a trainer, my duties is to satisfy all my clients.To motivate them, in a everyday life, and to build their confidence in this healthy life style. Through out the year's of my whole life I been in fitness. From sport to working out. I'm certified by American Aerobic Association International/International Sport Medicine association. Plus I'm still continue my education. Smart trainer, super smart clients.
Bio
We will be doing.... Weight loss exercise/physical conditioning. Toning,tighting,shaping, and building muscles. Fast paced cardio, and body weight calistenics. Weight gain, and muscle definition. Plus we will be doing some boot camp training, cardio boxing, and kick boxing.
